Retail brick and mortar is growing in demand. Customers still want to touch and feel the product before they buy. As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary job will be to address customers to make sales. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that enjoy interacting with people. If you think you have what it takes to sell, then we are looking for you. We will train you to become a top tier salesperson in the field.

Qualifications

      • Positive Attitude.

      • Excellent customer service skills.

      • Demonstrate the ability to lift 30lbs.

      • Demonstrate the ability to climb 6-foot ladder.

      • Have a strong understanding of the basic elements of interior design.

      • Knowledge in the use of electronic money tendering devices including cash registers, credit card    machines, and online services such as Square.

Duties Include:

      • Waiting on customers 

      • Conducting accurate transactions

      • Arranging window displays 

      • Ordering stock 

      • Receiving stock and pricing

      • Cleaning up store and display area 

      • Assisting in other store operations

Skill Set:

      • Knowledge of interior design

      • Knowledge of Microsoft 365

Duties

• Create design pieces to sell from available product including wreaths, swags, and table pieces.
• Take custom orders, create custom design pieces, and price pieces to the satisfaction of customers.
• Maintain balance of cost vs. price based on design size.

Responsibilities

• Work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Check out customers for final purchase.
• Accurate final total.
• Apply discounts as required.
• Wrap and bag items in a manner to prevent breakage.
• Other retail duties as required.
• Work alone independently.

 A downtown retail store is seeking a person as a Floor Manager. The store has experienced strong growth and is in the need of strong “Can Do”, “Take Charge” individual with a positive attitude. The hours are flexible but must be able to work full days.

• Serving customers 
• Arranging window displays 
• Maintaining stock levels for product and supplies 
• Creating store and window displays
• Supervising staff 
• Performing ad hoc tasks 
• Delegating workload 
• Assisting in other store operations

 Responsibilities

• Work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Perform store opening and closing
• Work alone independently.
